Refund Policy
Return Policy: We offer a 3-day return policy. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ohmyguard.co.in. If your return meets our criteria, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its status and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method and it will be credited to your account in 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the refund.
